As the intern to the Executive Office of the Foreign Policy Association, Hannah is half of creating the annual world Leadership Forum, as nicely as this year’s Centennial Gala on the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Foreign Policy Association serves as a catalyst for creating awareness, understanding, and informed opinion on U.S. overseas coverage and international points and was Hannah’s first choice for her internship. My duties included helping delegates with resolution analysis, attending UN headquarters and Security Council meetings, working with the General Assembly and Trusteeship Council, and masking the UN committees. I mainly coated the First, Second, Fourth, and Sixth Committees, which treat points relating to international peace and security, economic development, peacekeeping operations, and authorized issues.
